It’s been a week of fun and fundraising for the boys and girls of St George Catholic College. On Shrove Tuesday they “scoffed up” an impressive £250 buying pancakes in aid of the charity, Mary’s Meals. Afterwards the fundraising team got to meet Saints defender Cedric Soares who visited the school in recognition of their efforts to support the charity.
On Friday the school became a mass of pink as students embraced Pink Friday. Money donated from the fundraising ay will go support breast cancer care
